We offer a voluntary cancellation of all rebill payments for your convenience up to 14 days after the payment subject to the request coming to our support desk. This is a gesture of good will in case you forgot or no longer need the product - we want to keep all customers happy & we understand that happens.
If you paid by PayPal please note rebills are NOT covered under the PayPal buyer guarantee.
Our 2 criteria for voluntary refunds are:
1. Your request is within 14 days of the rebill.
2. You have come to us directly & not escalated this to a false dispute with the merchant.
Escalating refunds/cancellations to disputes or unauthorised charges increases our admin costs & unless you can show that you have previously cancelled the transaction or raised an unresolved support ticket - these are ruled in our favour - we do reserve the right to revoke refunds based on unreasonable disputes.
